PROJECT MANAGER

Description:

Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for information technology projects

Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project on time and within budget

Responsibilities:

§  Drives all aspects of I/T Project and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all I/T and business segments

§  Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

§  Manages all aspects of the project execution including: chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting.

§  Facilitates and manages resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

§  Provides performance feedback to managers of project team members

§  Projects are likely to have few precedents and may have global impact

§  Has extensive interaction with internal customers and senior business leadership

§  Responsible for mentoring less-experienced Project Managers

§  Develops Program Management standards for multiple functions within the department

§  Advanced ability to provide direction and leadership to others

§  Advanced facilitation and global communication skills across multiple regions

§  PMP certificate is a plus

3- 8+ years of professional experience (3- 8 years directly related to I/T or functional area) or equivalent combination of education/experience

Business System Analyst (Senior & Junior Vacancies available)

Description:

Translates business and user requirements into system requirement specifications

Acts as the key interface between business and technology teams in defining and influencing business requirements and assists in developing the appropriate system solutions.

Understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining the technology solutions to support any future business requirements

Responsibilities:

§  Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control

§  Work with business to define and analyze problems

§  Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment

§  Solve problems considering business process and environmental changes.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Description:

A Software Developer who has technical design skills, great development & deployment expertise, and excellent team & leadership skills.  Work closely with business partners to understand requirements, and develop/enhance existing Global Sales Tools systems in timely manner.
 

Qualifications:

§  To be considered, candidates should have a strong knowledge of web technologies and enterprise software development.

§  Candidates should also have a solid foundation in the following languages: HTML/XML, ASP.NET, scripting languages, and C#

§  Candidates must have working knowledge of Oracle relational databases and PLSQL language

§  Excellent knowledge of XML, XPATH, SOAP, and Web Services

§  2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, including development and debugging tools is required. 

§  Additionally, a working knowledge and operational experience in internet related network services such as Windows 2000/XP/Vista, IIS 6/7, TCP/IP, 64Bit OS, and various web server administration/performance/debugging tools is essential.

§  A Computer Science or related degree is desired, and 3-6 years experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise applications. 

Additional Experience required:

§  Proven track record working with technical and business teams

§  Distributed Development

§  Building enterprise class solutions in the business to consumer space

§  Object Oriented design with C#

ORACLE DEVELOPER

Description:

An Oracle Developer who has technical design skills, great development & deployment expertise, and excellent team & leadership skills.  

Qualifications:

§  Candidates should also have a solid foundation in the following technical skills: ORACEL 9i/10g/11g, PLSQL, Tuning, XML, and Queuing
