According to the Star newspaper, the competition registration start on 15th Sept 2008, which is Today.  However, there is no news at all from newspaper or mind.com.my.  Is it on or off or postpone?

I have to to the briefing. The latest news that i receive from Manager of LED 2008, Stephanie is there is a delay about the login to development platform and will be resolve in this week.
