Ok here goes.. I made a survey last weekend when they had the Book Fair in Putra World Trade Center.

The exact NXT retail version is RM 1399.

I spotted 2 unit in Toys 'R Us in The Mall.

The Mall Pakson Grand shopping complex 1 units.

1 Utama Jaya Jusco having 1 unit.

1 unit at the weird hobby shop at Jaya Jusco.

For the edu sets, they can only be bought from SASBADI at deep Damansara area.

Went there last weekend and bought myself a lego solar panel.

The cost for the NXT Edu Set is RM 1850.

I didnt realised that this is STILL the first Google item, everytime I search for Lego NXT Mindstorms within Malaysia pages.

Anyway, I am still around, just hardly login into Minds website. I was hoping to organise more "NXT Talks" if it would be possible. From what I was told, the monthly event, is now a quarterly event :(

I have just recently took out and dusted off my NXT set and started to rebuild and play with them.

Anyone out there who has a NXT set? A challenge of some sort? :P

If you still need to purchase a set, let me know, I know how to purchase them at a discounted price. But we would need to bulk in a quantity for 3 minimum.

 

I wonder now after nearly two years of the Mindstorm NXT.... wut's the current price? still high as 1000+ ? ... it looks so cool... I just found it recently... and interested in... however so far no sight of it, even in the Lego Shop in Mid Valley the Garden, and in Time Square...
